The ingredients of our fresh Genoese-style pesto without garlic are: extra-virgin olive oil 30 percent, Genoese basil PDO 25 percent, sunflower seed oil, Grana Padano PDO 7 percent(milk, salt, rennet,egg lysozyme), walnuts, cashews, salt, pine nuts 0.3 percent, Pecorino Romano PDO 0.2 percent( sheep’smilk , salt, rennet), antioxidant: ascorbic acid; acidifier: citric acid. We prepare the pesto carefully, selecting the best PDO Genoese basil. We choose Pecorino Romano and Grana Padano DOP and use only extra virgin olive oil.
