    Preparation

    <ul> <li style="text-align: left">First we soak the black beans in water for about 8 hours (best if you do this the night before). The next morning we rinse them and boil them in lightly salted water. We drain and set aside. </li> <li style="text-align: left">In a pan, we sauté a shallot with a drizzle of oil, pour in the tomato pulp and a broken basil leaf, a pinch of salt and pepper, and let it congeal a bit. We pour in the beans and let everything season for about 10 minutes. </li> <li style="text-align: left">We take organic vegan Gnocchi rigati and add them to the black bean ragout.
