<p style="text-align: center"><span style="font-weight: 400">Brown the shallot in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add about 300 gr of fresh shrimps and cook for a few minutes. Then fade everything with a little bit of vodka and let it evaporate. Add salt and pepper to taste.</span></p>
