    Preparation

    <p style="text-align: center">Clean and finely chop the celery, carrot and onion. Chop the beef with a knife or alternatively use already minced meat. Fry the extra virgin olive oil in a pan with the chopped vegetables and a pinch of salt.</p> <p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-2011 aligncenter" src="https://www.mammaemma.it/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/gnocchetti-al-ragù.jpg" alt="" width="800" height="563" /></p> <p style="text-align: center">Add the minced meat and blend with a glass of red wine. As soon as the wine has evaporated, stir and add the tomato puree, then cook for half an hour. Pour the sauce in a pan with half a glass of water and as soon as it is hot, add the gnocchi. Stir them for about 2/3 minutes. Let the gnocchi simmer for a few minutes. Serve the gnocchi with grated Parmesan cheese.</p>
