    Preparation

    <ul> <li style="text-align: left">Blend the certosa with the milk until smooth; set aside.</li> <li style="text-align: left">Peel and dice the pear and cook in a pan for a few minutes with a drop of water; add sugar if slightly ripe. Keep the pears aside and in the same pan pour 100 ml of water. </li> <li style="text-align: left">Bring to temperature and add the trio of gnocchi.
