<p style="text-align: center">Gnocchi stuffed with PDO Asiago cheese and porcini mushrooms with speck sticks recipe is very quick to make but also very inviting.</p>
<p style="text-align: center">Grate the Parmesan cheese and put it in a plate. Let it melt in the microwave until it becomes a wafer.</p>

<p style="text-align: center">Cut the speck into big sticks and let it fry quickly in a pan with no oil. After a couple of minutes add 100 ml of water, let it boil and pour in the gnocchi stuffed with PDO Asiago cheese and porcini mushrooms. They will be ready in 3 minutes.</p>
<p style="text-align: center">Season with black pepper and decorate with the Parmesan cheese wafers.</p>
