    Preparation

    <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">First, toast the pistachio granules in a pan and set aside for the final decoration.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">In a mug, place a tablespoon of Philadelphia, a little cooking water, some Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and beat with a whisk until smooth.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">Move the cream to a nonstick pan and heat slowly. Add 100 ml water and bring to temperature. Pour in a package of Gnocchi stuffed with Gorgonzola DOP and stir gently for 3 minutes. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400">When almost cooked, add a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
