Preparation
<ul>
<li style="text-align: left">In a bowl, water down the quark cheese with some warm water and add salt and pepper. Stir and leave aside.</li>
<li style="text-align: left">In a pan, add 100ml of water, warm it up and then add a pack of mamma emma beetroot gnocchi. Sauté them for 3 minutes and then add the saffron.</li>
<li style="text-align: left">Once the gnocchi are ready, add the quark cheese, a little olive oil and enjoy!</li>
