<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Our <strong>organic Tyrolean-style dumplings</strong> are made with: type “0” wheat flour, 25% spinach, water, eggs, salt, sunflower seed oil. </span><span style="font-weight: 400">All ingredients come from organic farming.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400">Originating in Germany and typical of the Tyrol, they could not give up bringing such a special product to your table, preparing it the way we prepare all our Gnocchi: using <strong>only fresh and selected ingredients, with no added preservatives </strong>. </span> </p>

How to prepare our Tyrolean-style spatzle

For best cooking, pour 100 ml of water for each packet into a skillet with a sauce of your choice. Once everything is mixed, pour the organic spinach spatzle into the pan and cook for about 3 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Serve directly on a plate.
