The ingredients of our gluten-free gnocchi with multigrain flour are: potatoes 69%, flour blend 13% (brown rice 42%, yellow corn, buckwheat 21%), gluten-free blend (corn starch, rice flour, thickener: guar gum; corn flour, thickener: xanthan gum; vegetable fiber), water, vegetable fiber, salt, sunflower oil. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Our gluten-free flour blend consists of: brown rice which gives a high intake of B and E vitamins; yellow corn which has a high protein component and antioxidant action; and buckwheat which is characterized by a lower starch content and a high protein, lipid and mineral salt content.
