Taralli (Apulian salty round breadsticks)

Pumpkin seeds

Preparation
<p>Crush 3 taralli, toast and set aside.<br />
Clean the squids, pull the tentacles and slice the body into rings.<br />
In a skillet, pour water, add the calamari and some roughly chopped pumpkin seeds. Cook, about 15 minutes.<br />
Add mamma emma potato gnocchi with pumpkin and sauté for 3 minutes.<br />
Toss one last time, sprinkling with a few crumbled taralli<br />
Top with some more chopped pumpin seeds, crushed taralli and a swirl of pumpkin seed oil.</p>
