    Preparation

    <ul> <li style="text-align: left">In a small saucepan, heat the cream over low heat and then pour in the shredded asiago cheese. Mix everything together for 10 minutes and then blend with a blender. Set aside your asiago fondue. </li> <li style="text-align: left">Heat the bread in the oven and let it get crispy. Then take it out of the oven and cut it into large cubes. </li> <li style="text-align: left">In a high-sided saucepan, heat the oil to a temperature of 160-165°C (350-165°F) and fry the Gnocchi stuffed with Gorgonzola DOP.</li> <li style="text-align: left">Serve the gnocchi on a plate and place the asiago fondue in a fondue service so that it stays hot at all times.
