Preparation
<p style="text-align: center">Start by frying in a pan celery, carrot and onion finely chopped. Put in the sausage crumbled by hand and let it fry for a few minutes, add some white white too. Finally pour in the tomato sauce and salt. Cook for about 10 minutes.</p>

<p style="text-align: center">When the sauce is ready add 100 ml of water, let it boil and pour in the mamma emma potato gnocchi. Cook for about 3 minutes. Put everything in a casserole dish and add some mozzarella cubes and grated cheese. Bake in the oven until golden from 8 to 10 minutes.</p>
