    Preparation

    <ul> <li style="text-align: left">Brown a clove of garlic in a pan with a little oil and a sprinkling of pepper.</li> <li style="text-align: left">Add the previously washed and cut mushrooms and cover with water. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, and at the end of cooking add parsley. </li> <li style="text-align: left">Stir-fry the gnocchi with pumpkin mamma emma for 3 minutes.
