Preparation

<li style="text-align: left"><span style="font-weight: 400">In a nonstick skillet we toast the pine nuts, then add the anchovy fillets and melt with a drizzle of oil over low heat. </span></li>
<li style="text-align: left"><span style="font-weight: 400">We also combine the raisins, previously soaked in water for a few minutes, then drained and squeezed.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: left">In a new pan, we melt a knob of butter, add 100 ml water and bring to temperature. We pan-fry the <a href="https://www.mammaemma.it/en/potato-gnocchi/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">gnocchi</a> at <a href="https://www.mammaemma.it/en/potato-gnocchi/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> potatoes mamma emma for 3 minutes.</a> </li>
<li style="text-align: left">With a little of the cooking water, we dissolve the saffron and add it to the pan with the rest.</li>
<li style="text-align: left">We complete with grated pecorino cheese and serve.</li>
