    Preparation

    <ul> <li style="text-align: left">Heat a little oil in a frying pan and add the crumbled sausages. Cook for a few minutes over high heat until the sausage is well browned and crispy. Set the sausage aside. </li> <li style="text-align: left">Pour 100 ml of water into the same pan, bring to temperature, and add the <a href="https://www.mammaemma.it/en/potato-gnocchi/potato-gnocchi-with-pumpkin/">gnocchi mamma emma with pumpkin</a>. Sauté for three minutes. </li> <li style="text-align: left">Add the sausage (leave some for decoration) and toss the gnocchi for one minute.</li> <li style="text-align: left">Lay the gnocchi on the plate, add the stracciatella and a few pieces of sausage.
