    Preparation

    <ul> <li style="text-align: left">We start by sautéing the speck in a nonstick pan. Once sautéed, we add the gorgonzola and stir until it melts completely, creating a creamy texture. </li> <li style="text-align: left">We chop the walnuts coarsely and pour them into the pan. We continue stirring until all the ingredients are well blended. </li> <li style="text-align: left">Having reached this point, we add a package of gnocchi mamma emma filled with Gorgonzola DOP.
