The ingredients of our gnocchi with fresh Genoese-style pesto are:Gnocchi 80%: Steamed potatoes 69%, wheat flour, eggs, salt, sunflower seed oil. Sauce 20%: extra-virgin olive oil 30%, Genovese basil DOP 25%, sunflower seed oil, Grana Padano DOP 7%(milk, salt, rennet,egg lysozyme), walnuts, cashews, salt, pine nuts 0.3%, Pecorino Romano DOP 0.2%( sheep’smilk, salt, rennet), antioxidant: ascorbic acid; acidifier: citric acid. A few moments in the microwave and you will enjoy a traditional Genoese dish as if you had cooked it yourself.
