The ingredients of our fresh porcini mushroom sauce are: mushrooms 45% (Boletus edulis and its group 21%, Agaricus bisporus, Pleurotus ostreatus, Suillus luteus, Xerocomuus badius, Lentinus edodes), milk, water, sunflower oil, cream, grated cheese(milk, salt, rennet,egg protein lysozyme), modified potato starch, onion, salt, parsley 1%, pepper. Porcini mushroom sauce is prepared with a few ingredients of the highest quality. We brown the onions with oil in a pan and season the mushrooms; the sauce cooks, on low heat, as in the home kitchen.
