Mamma emma extra potato gnocchi are made with very few ingredients: fresh steamed potatoes 70 percent, type “0” wheat flour, Italian eggs from free-range chickens 2.8 percent, vegetable fiber, salt and sunflower oil. Without additives or preservatives, with more fiber, less fat and 30% less salt. Passed one by one on the grater to collect more sauce. Ready in the pan in just 3 minutes.
